My worst experience in range rover
At 71 years old my 2008 Range Rover Sport Supercharged is far and away the nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned. Even at 14 years and 150,000 miles it still looks and runs great. The interior with the exception of a minor split on the side of the drivers seat, is perfect… no tears, no scuffs, no worn chrome; just perfect. Outside the paint is not perfect but it still shines with zero door dings because of the heavyweight steel body panels. Yes, it could use a little clean and polish, but overall, wow! No rust. It runs perfectly, suspension is good (new air pump this year), and the transmission still shifts smooth as silk. I WANT TO KEEP THIS CAR! My concern now is how I move forward with this vehicle that I love so much? There is absolutely nothing being offered today that turns my head and the new comparable RRS is north of $125,000; that’s too rich for me and I think the 2008 Ford owned Range Rover is a more solidly built car.
